Join us for an Ashtanga based short form practice, working through the Primary Series. Postures will be talked through and demonstrated, so suitable for all levels, although a base level of fitness is recommended. Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga, with a fluid flow of heat and energy during asana practice. The combination of breath and movement stimulates the heart and lungs, improves circulation and enables balance, whilst developing strength and flexibility. This meditative practice provides a holistic approach to health wellbeing.
