Workshops give you the opportunity to delve a little deeper into your practice and fuse together different styles of yoga and relaxation. Currently Kings Park Yoga is running a workshop once a month on Saturdays at The Yoga Tree, Stirling.

Reset, Rebalance and Restore Workshop
This 2hr workshop will focus on a full body and mind rebalance:
Reset – The Yang
To start we will unite in a heat-generating vinyasa flow practice. You will be encouraged to flow at your own pace, with modifications on poses that will ensure this practice is suitable for those new to yoga or more experienced yogis. Restore – Yoga Nidra
You will then be int the perfect place to immerse yourself this powerful guided meditation or ‘yogic sleep’. You will be invited to explore a space to identify what you need, releasing long-held emotions, finding a higher wisdom, and blissful body.
This workshop aims to give YOU the space and time to feel wonderful emotionally and mentally, a total Reset, Rebalance and Restore.
