“Lynne puts in a lot of effort preparing her kids’ yoga classes making them appealing to young children. There’s always a theme, e.g. winter, and a story to engage them. She is a patient & energetic teacher. My son really enjoys the classes & was proud of his certificate of achievement. We’ve also attended family yoga events which are fun & appealing to adults & young kids. A lovely way to spend an hour with your child! Lynne’s yin yoga (for adults) is a great way to stretch & de-stress.”
